Jaipurshirt.Com shall not be liable for delays resulting from incomplete address while ordering. In the event of a reshipment of the same order, customers will be responsible to pay re-shipping charges for the reshipment and any related fines/penalties.

To ensure safe delivery of all products, the same are double packed in waterproof courier bags. All orders are shipped by the best transport/courier agencies and home delivered within approximately 3-5 working days after dispatch of the shipment.

GIFT DELIVERIES BEING MADE TO COLLEGE/HOSTELS/SCHOOLS ARE SOLELY AT CUSTOMER’S RISK. In case the authorities of such places fail to accept the package, for any reason, Jaipurshirt.Com will under no circumstances issue a refund or credit to the customer’s account, nor shall Jaipurshirt.Com attempt re-shipment of the same order. We at this stage are unable to cater special deliveries based on preferred dates. All the packages / orders shall be delivered at the first opportunity, as soon as possible.

Since transport/courier agencies do not deliver to P.O. Box address, customers are requested to provide full address with pin code / zip code. NOTE: Billing Address shall mean the address where a customer receives the credit card bills. Shipping address shall mean the address where the order shall have to be delivered.

Generally no deliveries can be made on Saturdays and Sundays. However, in case of emergency, solely at the discretion of Jaipurshirt.Com, delivery may be made on Saturdays. Please contact us for the same we will try our best to sort things out for you.

Customers have to bare To and Fro shipping charges in case if there is any size issue due to the fault of customer. We have mentioned all the specs of most of our products. Kindly check them prior to ordering.

We use the services of the best transport/courier agencies such as First Flight, DHL, Bluedart, Speed Post etc, which deliver within 48-72 hours in all Major cities of India. In case customer wishes to avail other alternate shipping options, we may then suggest other options. On special request, we can also provide special quotes for shipping, in case merchandise order amount is large.

All products shall be shipped from (Rajasthan) India. Customers are requested to provide any necessary documents required for us to successfully ship the product to you.

Jaipurshirt.Com shall not give any refund, returns, replacement & exchange for reason of delay caused due to the carrier agency. However, at its sole discretion, Jaipurshirt.Com may agree to provide credit which may be used for future orders. We shall intimate by email, in case of delay in shipping due to un-availability of stock or due to unusual delay in filling an order.

International Shipping

We do cater international shipping please contact us for all the queries relating to international shipping.

Cancellation
In case you have placed an incorrect order and you want to cancel it, please contact us with your order number and details. We will get back to you and do the needful.

Once your refund is approved we will credit your bank via online transfer or send you the cheque for the amount agreed. Cancellation requests will be accepted before the dispatch of the merchandise only, once dispatched you will have to follow a return order procedure.

The refund shall be processed within 15 days of request and will also depend on the issuing Bank’s policy.

Returns
For returning an order that you have already received, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please do not send back an item without consulting with us. It is very important that you DO NOT send the item back to us until you have verified with us as no credit or replacement shall be given on a returned item, which has not been verified / approved with us. Always report any and all problems associated with the item you wish to return. Be as specific as possible when describing the problem as all returned items are examined for defects / variations.

In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had ordered, you may return the merchandise unused and in the same condition as you have received it, in its original packaging along with original tags and packaging.

Courier charges will not be refunded in case of returns except in case of faulty product or different product. Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on used products. We will not responsible for damage after the product has been used.

Please allow one to three weeks from the day we receive your package for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your request is complete.

We do not have reverse pickup facility at this stage, so please send the package to us for returns post approval.

All the products are attributed with size chart. Please order accordingly, as we will not be able to cater size alterations based returns.

International Returns
Due to technical reasons, we will not be able to entertain any returns and/or refund on International orders even if shipped within India.
